Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and GORDON FOLEY CONSULTING LTD ("we", "us") for use of the Lodestar workbench at gorfolcon.shop. By creating an account, subscribing or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Lodestar is an online-only digital software service that generates business-planning information, process diagrams, alignment reels and exports from the information you provide. It provides general information and drafts for your review. It is not licensed consulting, financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and it does not guarantee any business result, revenue or return.

Lodestar is delivered entirely online as software. No physical goods are sold, shipped or delivered, and we do not provide any in-person, on-site, installation, repair, diagnostic, certification or physical fulfilment services.

• →You must be at least 18 to purchase a subscription.
• →The service may not be used by anyone under 13.
• →Users aged 13–17 may use it only with parent or guardian consent and supervision.
• →You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

• →Plans are offered on the Pricing page and billed in US dollars (USD) through Stripe.
• →Paid subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
• →Each plan includes a monthly quota of mapped problems; quotas reset each period and do not roll over.
• →There are no credits, top-ups or stored balances; a subscription grants access to service usage only, not a withdrawable balance.
• →We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

You agree to use Lodestar lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not upload data you have no right to use, or use the service to create misleading financial projections, unlicensed professional advice for resale, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content.

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them to deliver the service, as described in the Content License. Subject to these terms, you may use the plans and diagrams you generate, including commercially. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

The service and its outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on generated content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability is permitted to be limited, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
