Content License

You retain all ownership of the business information, notes, brand details and reference material you enter into the workspace. We do not claim ownership of your inputs.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your inputs solely to operate the service — to generate your plan, diagrams, reel and exports, and to let you return to your work. This licence ends when we delete the content.

By default we retain workspace inputs and results for up to 30 days to support regeneration, then delete or anonymise them unless you have saved them to your account or we must keep them for a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete sooner.

We do not use your inputs or generated results to train AI models, and we do not sell them. Where an AI provider generates content, your inputs are shared only to return your result under a data-processing agreement that prohibits training on your data.

Subject to the Terms of Service and payment of any applicable fees, you may use the plans, diagrams and reels you generate, including for commercial purposes in your own business. Generated diagrams use illustrative example figures; you are responsible for replacing them with your own verified data before relying on them.

The Lodestar name, interface, templates and site content are owned by GORDON FOLEY CONSULTING LTD and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or resell them except as allowed by the Terms of Service.
