01Overview
Lodestar is a subscription to an online digital service, billed in USD through Stripe. This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply. It sits alongside your statutory consumer rights.
Lodestar sells access to online software only. No physical goods are sold, shipped or delivered, so there are no shipping, returns or physical-exchange terms — this policy governs digital subscription cancellations and refunds.
02Cancelling your subscription
- →You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@gorfolcon.shop.
- →When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- →After the period ends, the subscription does not renew and billing stops.
- →You keep the plans, diagrams and files you have already generated and downloaded.
03Refunds
- →Because access and generation are available immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- →Unused monthly quota is not refundable and does not roll over.
- →If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or the service was materially unavailable, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a refund where due.
- →Where local consumer law grants you a cancellation or cooling-off right, we honour it; note that starting to use a digital service may affect a cooling-off right where you have agreed to immediate access.
04Annual plans
Annual plans are paid upfront for the year at a discount. If you cancel an annual plan, it remains active until the end of the paid year and does not auto-renew. Partial-year refunds are not provided except where required by law or where we are at fault.
05Not satisfied with a result
If a generated plan, diagram or reel does not meet your needs, regenerate it with adjusted inputs at no extra cost within your quota, or contact support and we will help you get a usable result.
06How to request
Email support@gorfolcon.shop with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within one business day and to resolve refund requests promptly.
