Acceptable Use Policy

The boundaries that keep the service safe, lawful and non-misleading.

01Purpose

This policy keeps Lodestar safe and lawful for everyone. It applies to all use of the service and forms part of the Terms of Service.

02You must not use Lodestar to

  • Generate misleading financial projections, forecasts or statements intended to deceive investors, lenders or partners.
  • Produce or resell unlicensed professional advice — including financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, medical or similar regulated advice — as if it were qualified.
  • Create Ponzi, pyramid, multi-level-marketing recruitment schemes, or any fraudulent, deceptive or predatory business content.
  • Solicit funds, promise financial returns, or facilitate investment, lending, money transmission or securities/crypto activity.
  • Upload confidential, personal or proprietary data belonging to others that you have no right to use.
  • Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes intellectual property or third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or provide the service as your own, or attempt to overload, probe or bypass our security.
  • Use the service for high-risk activities where a wrong output could cause physical, legal or financial harm without qualified human review.

03Your responsibilities

  • Ensure you have the rights to any information you enter.
  • Review all generated output before relying on or sharing it.
  • Seek qualified professional advice before making significant business, financial, legal or tax decisions.
  • Comply with the laws that apply to your business and location.

04Enforcement

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach this policy. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities. Report abuse to support@gorfolcon.shop.
